About the Event
ClickUp is one of our favourite tools to set up shared projects. tasks and determine who is doing what, when it's due, and what stage it is at. There is a great free option for this tool that has a lot of functionality.
We use a very basic setup in ClickUp - it's good not to overcomplicate things!
We also use ClickUp to set up our systems and procedures - basically, how we do stuff. ClickUp is a great place to keep these procedures front and centre and in a place where they can be used so they are always up to date.
