Calendly is one of our favourite apps for scheduling appointments, meetings and events.  The goal is to avoid the back and forth discussion, emails, and phone tag when trying to nail-down times to meet with people.   Instead of emailing back and forth, you send your availability with a Calendly link (even with people who don't use Calendly) and they can choose a day and time that is mutually suitable.  They confirm the time and the appointment is set. 

You can use Calendly to set up physical meetings, phone calls or even zoom meetings, and all the details are sent to each person and the meeting is placed in your online calendar with all of the details needed. 

There is a Free version of Calendly and even an App for your mobile phone.  There are more options with the paid version, but the free version will be adequate to get you started with scheduling meetings with clients and team members.
